Darius Brittingham, Army Veteran, is a dedicated Mental Health Therapist with over a decade of
experience supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges. He prioritizes creating a
compassionate and non-judgmental environment, encouraging clients to explore their
emotional well-being and fostering growth. Darius employs a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and a Solution-Focused approach, tailoring his methods
to each client's unique needs. He holds an Associate degree in Chemical Dependency, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and certified Professional Life Coach, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice. Originally from Philadelphia and having spent summers in Berlin, Maryland, Darius’s diverse upbringing has contributed to his adaptable perspective. His solution-focused mindset, modeled after his mother's teachings on optimism and resilience, greatly influences his clinical
approach.
Outside of work, Darius values balance and rest, enjoying quiet time, watching television, and
spending quality moments with family and friends.
