Meet Trina
Founder and Executive Director

Trina loves her work! She’s passionate about helping people solve problems God’s Way. She’s a
compassionate helper, empathetic listener, and solution-focused counselor. She currently holds a
Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling and Bachelor of Arts in Theology. Trina’s also a Board
Certified Pastoral Counselor with the Board of Christian Professional & Pastoral Counselors, as well as a
member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Our top priority at God’s Way Christian Counseling is your health and wellness. In particular, your mental health is essential to us, and we are pleased to be able to continue to provide in-office and virtual therapy sessions. We are intently taking precautions when meeting in person to protect the physical health of our staff, clients, and office community from the virus and other illnesses.

Some of these precautions include:

Frequently cleaning and disinfecting common areas (including high-touch surfaces (chairs, tables, door knobs, etc.))

Wearing a mask (if you choose to) and adhering to a physical distance of six feet.

Making hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, or soap and water readily available to employees and clients.

Offering contactless payment options.

Offering the convenient option of meeting via a phone call or video conferencing.

Individual, Couples & Family Counseling
We work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of our clients' individual needs to help attain the personal, relational and spiritual growth they’re striving for. In addition, we provide specialized couple's counseling services.

We sought and received non-profit status because we believe all people deserve access to counseling.

For that reason, we are willing to work with clients at a reduced rate. We are able to subsidize each session because of our generous partners, like you.
The rate for each session is between $90-120, but your gift of any amount is appreciated.
