Terms of Service
Marriage Licenses
The state of Maryland requires a two day wait for any marriage license. A license acquired at any time on
Monday cannot be used until 6 a.m. on Wednesday. For more information, please contact the County Clerk's Office. In the District of Columbia (DC), there's no longer a waiting period. You may marry immediately after the issuance of the marriage license and it can only be used within DC. For more information, please contact the Clerk's Office within the Superior Court, which is also referred to as the Marriage Bureau.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your ceremony date, otherwise full payment is due considering I had set aside time specifically for you.
Forms of Payments
Full Payment is due three days before the ceremony. I accept all forms of payment (cashier's check, money order, cash or prepayment through Cash App and PayPal).
*Payment of the invoice is proof of agreement to all terms and conditions.
