Meet Our Partners

Trina Goffe

Hello and welcome! I'm Trina Goffe, the Founder and Executive Director of God’s Way Christian Counseling, Inc. I am a native Washingtonian and have worked as a Pastoral Counselor in the mental health community for the past ten years.

God’s Way provides access to pastoral counseling services that allow your personal faith to help you heal and grow. I believe in this method of counseling because it works! It has worked for countless others and personally for me after years of emotional and physical abuse. Pastoral counseling is a form of therapy or counseling in which a skilled pastoral counselor uses the insights and principles of faith, theology, and behavioral science in working with individuals, couples, families, groups, and institutions toward achievement of wholeness and health.

My biblical training allows clients to bring faith and prayer into the therapeutic relationship as they grow both naturally and spiritually. My colleagues testify of my unwavering faith, love, and compassion for others and accurate insight into client's lives. I believe that God uses the difficulties of life to produce character, perseverance, hope and a deeper faith that moves mountains.

I'm also a professional Chaplain specializing in grief and bereavement support. I love my work! I'm a compassionate helper, empathetic listener, and solution-focused counselor. I'm passionate about helping people solve problems God’s Way!

I am happily married with three beautiful children. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, reading biographies and memoirs, shopping, and most of all helping others.
